From ideation, licensing to implementation of infrastructure projects with new concepts

IDEATION +

Our practical approach to problem solving and our excellent connection with the national, provicial and city authorities in Vietnam has lead us to several requests for project development of infrastructural project facing hurdles.

With a huge gap between investors priorities to speed up their return on investment and the authority process and red tape, we have initiated to venture project development at our own risk, preparing for a TURNKEY - ready to take over - project.

This involves (pre) feasibility studies, contract negotiations with the authorities, contractors etc., financial modeling, license applications and investors search.

LICENSING

Starting with license application for our own project only, we have developed an expertise which we realized could be exploited on its own. Where lawyers have their strength and weakness, we have seen an opportunity to think creatively and alter application requests to structure licenses fitting both law and principal requirments.

IMPLEMENTATION

Although we are in principle not main investors in our projects we do pull our projects through to what is needed - which sometimes involves construction management and assuming the O&M role.
