From 1986 to 1996 Mdm Thuan was Export Promotion Specialist under the development program of UNDP Hanoi; after that she headed the Investment Promotion department of VCCI Hanoi. Mdm was the founder partner in 2006 for establishing The Network Centre for investment consulting and governmental contacts.
